The sometimes complex relationship the United States has with other countries was discussed recently by four prominent U.S. diplomats at the fourth annual Ambassadors’ Forum at Texas Tech.
The Ambassador’s Forum was held at the International Cultural Center and featured four distinguished, high-ranking former U.S. diplomats Ronald Neumann, Frank Almaguer, the Honorable Catherine A. Novelli, and Michael C. Polt during a Q&A with the audience.
